Key responsibilities include:
- Strengthening our content marketing strategy with planning, development and writing of content, including website landing pages, emails, blog posts, paid advertising, white papers, insight reports, interviews, video scripts, and brochures.
- Co-manage a content plan for the website, ensure webpage copy is high quality and SEO optimised, ensuring a seamless web journey for users.
- Embed our brand tone of voice (ToV) across all channels and lead on the delivery of our ToV training across the organisation to promote adherence to brand and maintain consistency and high quality.
- Grow new content capabilities in partnership with other team members, internal specialists and contributors from across the business that align to our strategic objectives.

Due to internal career progression, we’re delighted to advertise this backfill Software Developer (php) position to join a team of php developers within the software delivery department. The team are currently working across multiple projects covering legacy php for its oldest platform, Laravel for part of a new rewrite that has recently been released and also Laravel Nova for a new internal booking system application used by NCFE.
Joining this team will provide you with a wide area of development with php and even opportunities to change development language in the future too, we have a development department totalling over 50 onshore and offshore developers and testers covering php and .net all working on our in house applications.
We are excited to be looking for a Software Test Coach, this position is initially for a 1 year fixed term contract with a possibility of permanent position dependant on future expansion of the delivery team.

The Business Change Manager role will be required to:
- Assess and understand the impact of change
- Align resources within the business to accept change
- Ensure business readiness to accept change
- Reduce time to implement change and accelerate embedding (of change) and realisation of associated benefits
- Work with stakeholders to Identify opportunities for continuous improvement
- Drive continuous improvement across the business
We are looking for someone who has:
- A recognised change management certification
- An excellent understanding of how individuals and organisations go through a change and the change process and demonstrable understanding of recognised change models
- Demonstrable experience of identifying opportunities for continuous improvement as a result of change as well as identifying opportunities and implementing plans to further leverage business benefits as a result of change
- Experience of working on large scale business change and transformation programmes, working with, and coaching a network of change ambassadors and managing workshops, presenting and gaining acceptance of solutions
- Proven experience of working on multiple, concurrent projects with positive outcomes as well as defining, documenting, and implementing change management approaches
- Presenting complex information in a simple and methodical way and excellent communication skills with an ability to influence and develop effective working relationships at varying levels of seniority

We are looking to build a Talent Pool of Examiners and Chief Examiners to take on flexible worker roles with us, as workload in our teams increases and we continue to take on new contracts here at NCFE.
To work in one of these roles, we require you to be available to attend (and deliver if working as a Chief Examiner) standardisation events ahead of marking in each assessment window. These dates will be communicated in advance, but all events will be scheduled for weekdays between the hours of 9.00am-5.00pm and may require travel to Newcastle. All other marking duties can be carried out remotely, in accordance with set timescales.
Working alongside our existing Principal Developer and reporting directly to the Software Delivery Manager you will be in a perfect position to guide the Software Delivery team into the future architecture of NCFE.
