In this role, you’ll contribute to a diverse range of learning and assessment projects. How you’ll make an impact:

  • Designing digital and blended learning and assessment content that is clear, engaging and learner friendly
  • Working with subject matter experts to break down complex topics and turn them into great learning
  • Creating effective learning journeys that apply robust instructional design and learning principles
  • Working closely with tech colleagues to make ensure learning designs work effectively on our platforms
  • Analysing feedback and results to drive continuous improvements in learning.

We’d love to hear from you if you offer the following:

  • Proven experience in designing digital or blended learning and assessment solutions
  • Strong understanding of instructional design methodologies, adult learning theory and learning science
  • Experience working in Agile or iterative delivery environments
  • Ability to work with subject matter experts to translate complex content into effective learning and assessment materials
  • Ability to write clear learning outcomes, assessment criteria and instructional content aligned to learner needs
  • Skills in evaluating learning effectiveness and using insights to enhance learning and assessment design
  • Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with SMEs, stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams
