About the role

 

We’re excited to be looking for an End Point Assessment Support Administrator to join our End Point Assessment team.

 

You’ll support the smooth operation of our services, ensuring we meet internal standards and regulatory requirements, and be central to maintaining high-quality administration across a busy team. 

 

How you’ll make an impact:

  • Working with exceptional attention to detail, maintaining high levels of accuracy at all times
  • Reviewing documentation and information against defined quality checklists
  • Receiving, logging, and processing a range of requests related to End-Point Assessment (EPA)
  • Providing efficient and responsive administrative support across multiple teams
  • Tracking actions and ensuring timely resolution of tasks and requests
  • Supporting the identification and reduction of risks to help maintain regulatory compliance
  • Collaborating with colleagues to regularly review and improve systems, processes, and ways of working

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in all work
  • Proficiency in using IT systems, databases and office software (Microsoft Office, Teams, Outlook)
  • Analytical skills to review documentation, identify errors, and suggest improvements
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills for internal and external stakeholders
  • Adaptable to change and wiling to embrace new ideas
