Contract: Permanent
Location: Hybrid (Head Office: Quorum Business Park, Newcastle upon Tyne)
This is a hybrid working role, so you’ll need to be able to work from our Head Office at least once a week.
Hours per week: 37
Salary: £42,000 - £45,000 depending on experience
About the role
We’re excited to be looking for a Procurement and Supply Manager to play a key role in shaping and delivering high quality, professional procurement and supply management practices for the business.
Reporting to the Head of Procurement and Supply, you'll work collaboratively as part of a small, but busy Procurement, Supply and Legal team. You’ll build strong working relationships with Heads of Department and other key colleagues across the organisation and form the bridge between the supplier, team and the wider business.
This role offers a great opportunity for you to work on a dynamic range of diverse projects and build relationships across a variety of disciplines, categories and different suppliers. With great communication skills and effective internal and external stakeholder management skills, this role offers plenty of scope to help shape the function and deliver our long-term vision. Alongside the main procurement and supply chain activities, you’ll also get involved in audits, supply and supplier risk, business continuity and treatment plans, change and innovation.
