This is a hybrid working role, so you’ll need to be able to work from our Head Office twice a week

Hours per week: 37 

Salary: £24,242.40 

 

About the role

 

We’re excited to be looking for a Quality Improvement Administrator to join our Audit, Risk and Assurance  team to provide dynamic and impactful administrative support to the Quality Improvement activities across the organisation. 

 

This role will give you exposure to high-profile quality improvement initiatives, regulatory compliance frameworks, and cross-departmental collaboration. You’ll work closely with colleagues across the business, gaining insight into our governance, risk, and assurance activities while playing a key role in delivering measurable improvements. 

 

How you’ll make an impact:

  • Coordinating meetings, prepare agendas, take accurate minutes, and track actions to keep improvement activities on course
  • Supporting the upload, control, and maintenance of documents within the Quality Management System (QMS)
  • Managing the team mailbox, scheduling, and workflows to ensure efficiency and prioritisation
  • Assisting in gathering, cleansing, and organising data for Management Information (MI) reports to support risk mitigation and decision-making
  • Contributing to continuous improvement projects, identifying opportunities to streamline processes and enhance team performance

  • Proven administrative or coordination experience in a structured team environment
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks and meet deadlines without compromising accuracy
  • Excellent communication skills and the confidence to liaise across departments
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience using internal systems or databases
  • A solution-focused mindset, committed to continuous improvement and collaborative working
