The successful candidate will play a vital role in the development and delivery of tactical marketing plans across a range of sectors, helping NCFE meet key strategic objectives and KPIs.

The Marketing Campaigns team at NCFE is responsible for planning and delivering integrated, audience-led campaigns that support the organisation to engage with new and existing customers. We collaborate with colleagues across the wider product and commercial functions to ensure activity is aligned with business goals, drives impact, and delivers measurable outcomes.

In this role, you’ll lead and support on go-to-market plans for product and service launches, working closely with sales and key stakeholders to shape effective campaign strategies. You’ll also partner with the digital marketing, communication and design teams to bring campaigns to life through creative execution and multi-channel delivery.

This position offers broad exposure to the full campaign lifecycle, giving you the chance to work across multiple sectors and audiences. You’ll join a fast-paced, collaborative team and gain hands-on experience in campaign strategy, tactical planning, stakeholder engagement, and performance evaluation - all while contributing directly to NCFE’s growth and success.

How you’ll make an impact:

  • Plan and deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns that support NCFE’s strategic and commercial objectives.
  • Create and manage tactical campaign plans including audience segmentation, timelines, KPIs, budget and key messaging.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop impactful content and communications that engage current and prospective customers.
  • Monitor, analyse and report on campaign performance, using insight to inform future activity and continuously improve results.
  • Support the creation of marketing materials and customer communications to enhance NCFE’s provider support and brand presence.

We’d love to hear from you if you offer the following:

  • Solid experience in a marketing operations or campaign delivery role, with a proven track record of managing end-to-end marketing activity
  • Hands-on experience in creating tactical marketing plans that include audience targeting, channel strategy, KPIs and budget management
  • Demonstrable ability to coordinate integrated campaigns across digital and offline channels, working with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong commercial awareness with a results-driven approach and the ability to make strategic decisions based on data and insight
  • Excellent communication, writing, editing and proofing skills, with strong attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment
