Contract: 6 months Fixed-term 

Location: Quorum Business Park, Newcastle upon Tyne / Hybrid 

This is a hybrid working role, so you’ll need to be able to work from our Head Office twice a week

Hours per week: 37

Salary: £24,242.40

 

About the role

 

We’re excited to be looking for a Quality Assurance Administrator (Assessment Delivery) to join our Quality Assurance team. 

 

The Assessment Delivery team ensures external assessments are delivered in line with our policies and reliable results are issued to our learners upholding high standards of compliance with regulatory requirements. You'll support the team by providing timely and effective administrative support across a range of activities.  You'll also be supporting to ensure learners are not disadvantaged or inappropriately advantaged by external assessment processes and maintaining the integrity of those assessments.

 

 How you’ll make an impact:

  • Ensuring accurate, efficient delivery of QA processes to ensure delivery of exceptional customer service along with meeting internal and external timescales (processes specific to assessment requirements)
  • To check information provided by the customer to make sure it is complete and accurate
  • Proactively identifying areas of external assessment paper non-compliance and proactively following those up to successful closure
  • Developing and maintaining effective working relationships with both internal and external customers
  • Supporting the QA team to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, manage and minimise risk, escalate potential breaches in a timely manner and identify potential improvements and efficiency opportunities
  • Maintaining accurate records (eg CRM), generating reports and completing QA checks on assessment records
  • Ensuring the accurate and timely upkeep of our secure storage facilities (note: this role may require an element of manual handling)

We’d love to hear from you if you offer the following:

  • Excellent communication and numeracy skills
  • Advanced working knowledge of Excel is a must, along with experience of using Microsoft Office packages and other computer software
  • Experience of quality checking work or working with information that must be processed to a very high standard
  • Being highly organised, used to managing your own workload and experience of working in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to attend the office as and when the business requires
