Contract: x2 Permanent, x2 12 months Fixed-term

Location: Hybrid / Quorum Business Park, Newcastle upon Tyne 

This is a hybrid working role, so you’ll need to be able to work from our Head Office once a month or whenever business needs require 

Hours per week: 37 

Salary: Up to £30,000, depending on experience

 

About the role

 

We’re excited to be looking for End Point Assessment Development Officers to join our Assessment Solutions team.

 

The team are responsible for the production of valid, robust and fit for purpose assessment materials and accompanying documents in line with regulatory guidance. You'll work closely with external stakeholders such as subject specialists, principal examiners, regulators and colleagues across the business. 

 

How you’ll make an impact:

  • Project managing the end-to-end development of EPA assessments and materials to ensure they are delivered on time and are of high quality
  • Understanding the importance of regulatory conditions and adhere to these when developing products for the NCFE portfolio
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure assessments and associated materials are fit for purpose
  • Maintaining a current knowledge and understanding of key external developments relating to EPA to inform ongoing practice and process improvements
  • Follow required processes and procedures and escalate potential errors or issues to ensure effective and timely resolution

We’d love to hear from you if you offer the following:

  • Educated to Level 3 or equivalent
  • Knowledge of current developments in education and assessment, in particular end-point assessment
  • Experience of assessment and curriculum design principles
  • Excellent  written and oral communication skills
