Contract: Fixed term – until end of October 2025 (with potential extension based on business need)

Location: Hybrid / Quorum Business Park, Newcastle upon Tyne 

This is a hybrid working role, so you’ll need to be able to work from our Head Office once a week

Hours per week: 37

Salary: Up to £33,530, depending on experience

 

About the role

 

We’re excited to be looking for a Sales and Customer Experience Project Officer to join our Group Sales team to help our continued improvement in serving our customers.

 

The Group Sales teams are responsible for the generation and retention of income from customers across the Awarding, Schools and Skills Assessment product lines and link closely with all customer facing teams across the organisation.

 

You’ll be given exposure to a really exciting time of change, as we continue to evolve as an organisation.  We are always looking to improve on how we engage with and retain our customers and this role will play a really important part in that.

 

How you'll make an impact:

  • Helping to ensure that all customers have a consistently positive experience
  • Ensuring the ongoing CMT (CRM) project takes into account the needs of all customers
  • Leading and presenting research across a range of sectors into various aspects of sales (including lead generation and sales incentive models)
  • Contributing to the ongoing development of a successful team 

We'd love to hear from you if you offer the following:

  • Experience of working in an Awarding Organisation or related Education environment
  • Experience of working on change projects including systems change
  • Understanding of project management principles
  • Ability to research and analyse detailed information to create reports and make recommendations
  • Experience of sales and / or customer service / experience operations
