About the role

 

We're excited to be looking for a Learning Technologist to join our Product Development team at AIQ.


Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, the learning technologist designs, creates and evaluates media resources, content and eLearning to meet industry, and market demands and support the growth and impact of the LMS platform.

 

The purpose of this role is to manage the day-to-day operations of Active IQ’s LMS platform (Moodle Workplace) and ensure an excellent learning experience through the development of innovative and accessible learning solutions across the Active IQ portfolio

 

How you’ll make an impact:


• Manage the day-to-day functions of the Learning Management System (LMS)
• Design and develop content / e-learning resources and materials including videography (capture of educational content) and video editing (postproduction of video content.)
• Identify areas for innovation that improve the user experience
• Run reports and analyse platform and course level data to identify and act on usage insights
• Serve as the in-house expert on Moodle.

 

We’d love to hear from you if you offer the following:


• In-depth working knowledge of Moodle
• Experience working with authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate
• Experience using video creation software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Camtasia or similar
• Experience of video production (film shoots/setup/post).
• Strong communication skills and confidence in speaking directly with clients and SMEs
• Project management experience
