About the role
We’re excited to be looking for a Relationship Coordinator to join our EPA Relationship team to work an allocated caseload of our customers, providing support throughout the end to end EPA Journey.
The purpose of End Point Assessment is to deliver positive, fair and rigorous End Point Assessments to apprentices across England whilst upholding compliance with regulatory requirements. The NCFE EPA team is responsible for managing and maintaining the integrity of End Point Assessment and providing positive experiences to the recipients of this service.
You’ll support the team by providing timely and effective support across a range of activities in line with our team objectives. You’ll take customer calls, working with confidential data across a wide variety of systems and working directly with customers across allocated accounts to provide guidance and support.
