Location: (Mansfield Office, 1st Floor, Ransom Wood Business Park, Mansfield. NG21 0HJ)

Hours per week: 37 (Office Hours Monday-Friday)

Salary: Up to £22,671 per annum, depending on experience

 

About the role

 

We’re excited to be looking for a Customer Engagement Advisor to join our Skills Assessment team.

 

The role of Customer Engagement Advisor is critical to the success of NCFEs ambitious income growth targets. You’ll be part of a team responsible for the growth, retention and New Business of our Skills Assessment products and the wider NCFE products and services on offer being able to offer our NCFE products through our targeted Verticals and Sectors

 

The position requires a professional attitude and commitment to achieving business objectives. Our team are service experts with a wide knowledge of the business and the education market, they are driven by delivering exceptional service to our customers as well as identifying and following up new business opportunities to generate additional revenue.

 

How you’ll make an impact:

  • Actively engaging with inbound and outbound customers providing a first-class service to all customers, stakeholders, partners and platform users
  • Providing product information, handling training enquiries, responding to business enquiries
  • Processing contract orders, support with general administration and technical advice

We’d love to hear from you if you offer the following:

  • Experience of working in a client-driven environment with proven ability in a sales environment, able to identify sales and closed sales opportunities
  • Demonstrable experience in Customer Service
  • Strong customer retention skills
  • Forecasting and pipeline management
  • Able to perform against KPI’s and targets
  • Experienced in using data to support tactical activity
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient in programs including MS Office, Teams and Excel
  • Experience working on a CRM system
