First Line Technician Apprentice

Fixed Term Contact – 18 months

Location: Quorum Business Park, Longbenton, Newcastle upon Tyne

37 hours per week

Salary: Up to £16,000 per annum depending on experience

A bit about the opportunity, our team and you…


We are excited to be looking for a First Line Technician Apprentice and would love it if you come and join us on our future journey.


This role provides dedicated first line ticket resolution service to the business, across multiple sites and ensure accurate recording of incident information in order to identify trends or escalations. Support NCFEs mobile telephony and remote working solutions by working with the rest of IT Service Operations, facilitating early troubleshooting and communication throughout.


The successful candidate will be enrolled on a Level 3 Digital Support Technician - Applications Technician Apprenticeship which will be completed over the period of 18 months.

  • have user knowledge of ….

  • Microsoft Office
  • can demonstrate…
  • Strong analytical and fault-finding skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, including good grammar and spelling
  • Attention to detail and ability to work accurately
  • Able to work on your own initiative and work within deadlines
