External Quality Assurer – Business, IT and Sales

Permanent Contract  

Location: Home based (covering East of England)

37 hours per week

Salary: Up to £31,250 per annum depending on experience (plus £2,600 car allowance)

A bit about the opportunity, our team and you…


We are excited to be looking for an External Quality Assurer: Business, IT and Sales to join our Quality Assurance Team


The purpose of the EQA role is to ensure quality assurance compliance, to drive a high standard in assessment activities and promote continuous improvement within our centres. This all supports in ensuring a first-class service which meets the need of both our customers and learners. You will be responsible for assessing and managing risk and performance of centres and their staff, which will see you carrying out external quality assurance reviews, completing reports within Service Level Agreements and ensuring compliance of all qualifications within your regional area. 


We would love to hear from you if you're qualified to Level 3 in your chosen subject area and hold qualifications in teaching, assessment, and internal quality assurance. 


Please note that 70% of your role will be home based, with some travel required to visit centres across your geographical region, which is split across the team, you must therefore be based in one of the following locations to apply: 

  • East of England (Norfolk, Suffolk, Cambridgeshire, Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire, or Essex)
