Location: Flexible

37 hours per week

Salary: £35,000 - £43,000 (Depending on Experience)

A bit about the opportunity, our team and you…

We are delighted to be looking for a Campaign for Learning Deputy Director who can support our exciting plans to work with more organisations and learning practitioners and generate new initiatives so that lifelong learning becomes a reality for more people. We aim to double the size of our reach and impact over the next three years.


The Deputy Director will play a critical role in the Campaign for Learning’s team, working closely with the Campaign’s two National Directors to deliver our strategy. The role will support our current programmes, campaigns and projects and be instrumental in developing and leading new initiatives that meet the objectives of the Campaign for Learning’s strategic plan.


With an ability to be creative, strategic but also drive tactical solutions, you will have significant experience in project management and experience in developing and leading needs-led social impact projects and programmes.
