A bit about the job…
This post will assist the Skills Forward business development team in driving excellent levels of business engagement to a variety of customers to promote Skills Forward and our range of digital learning products and online assessment services.
Skills Forward are a well-established provider of innovative educational assessments and diagnostic tools and online learning materials / resources to the post 16 education and skills sector.
You will be responsible for providing an individualised needs analysis to a variety of customers, which include Further Education Colleges, Training Providers, Local Authorities, Schools and regional / National employers.
The position requires a professional attitude and commitment to achieving operational targets and company business objectives.
Customer Excellence is to be delivered at all times as well as accurate completion of associated contract administration.
