    Job Description


    NCFE Apprenticeship Services is an approved End Point Assessment Organisation (approved by Education and Skills Funding Agency - ESFA) to deliver end-point assessment across a range of Apprenticeship standards. Our primary goal is to drive the quality of apprenticeships by:-

    • Making a positive difference for both the apprentices and businesses we support

    We are fully committed to this very exciting opportunity; we are looking to expand our team to deliver standards across Customer Service, Business Administration and Team Leader.


    As our IEPA you will deliver EPA in line with the standard, conduct retakes, utilise a digital first approach, providing all parties with the most efficient method of delivery and provide detailed feedback to the apprentice on each EPA. You will utilise NCFE Apprenticeship Services EPA platform to record EPAs and interact with apprentices. As part of continuous improvement you will attend standardisation events to ensure quality, compliance and consistency across the standard being assessed. Using excellent communication skills you will communicate with apprentices, ITP and employers on EPA and grading, collaborate with the NCFE Apprenticeship Services EPA Quality Assurance team.


    You be joining a highly motivated dedicated team of End Point Assessors based across standards and the UK.


    We would love to hear from you if have the following:


    • Relevant assessor qualification
    • Occupational competency in relevant vocational sector, with a minimum of 2 years’ relevant occupational experience or professional qualification higher than the level of apprenticeship being assessed
    • At least 2 years' assessing experience (5 years for Lead Independent End-Point Assessor)
    • An understanding of Ofqual requirements and any other regulators including industry bodies
    • Experience of producing clear, accurate and concise written reports
    • Current driving licence and have flexibility to travel across your area
    • Ideally, hold a recognised Internal Quality Assurance (IQA) qualification (essential for Lead Independent End- Point Assessor)
    • Educated to GCSE Maths/English grade C and above (or equivalent qualification)
