    Independent End-Point Assessor (IEPA) Healthcare -  Maternity Pathway

    Hours: Full/ Part Time

    Permanent/Flexible Hours

    Salary £24,688 – £27,111 per annum pro rata

    Location: Plymouth

     

    At NCFE we are leading the way in developing and delivering End Point Assessment Apprenticeship standards.

     

    We are fully committed to this very exciting opportunity, we are looking to expand our team to deliver Senior Healthcare standards across Maternity, Theatre and Adult Nursing. This opportunity is specifically clinical.

     

    As our IEPA you will deliver EPA in line with the standard, conduct retakes, utilise a digital first approach, providing all parties with the most efficient method of delivery and provide detailed feedback to the apprentice on each EPA. You will utilise NCFE Apprenticeship Services EPA platform to record EPAs and interact with apprentices. As part of continuous improvement you will attend standardisation events to ensure quality, compliance and consistency across the standard being assessed. Using excellent communication skills you will communicate with apprentices, ITP and employers on EPA and grading, collaborate with the NCFE Apprenticeship Services EPA Quality Assurance team.

     

    You be joining a highly motivated dedicated team of End Point Assessors based across standards and the UK.

     

    We would love to hear from you if you are an experienced midwife (with experience within the last 2 years), with either a L5 healthcare qualification or a registered healthcare professional; and hold an assessor qualification and mentorship experience.
