Salary £17,007 - £20,802 per annum (pro-rata)


Job description


NCFE, one of the UK’s fastest growing, most innovative qualification awarding organisations, is looking for a Business Support Assistant.


A bit about the job…

Our Facilities and Business Support team is the administrative hub of NCFE.  As part of our team, you’ll act as a main point of contact for departments within NCFE, providing our colleagues and customers with a range of administration support services.  You’ll assist in processing incoming and a range of outgoing mail services and maintaining supplies across NCFE.  As you’ll manage the administration support of our National and Bespoke Training Events you’ll liaise with a range of internal and external colleagues/suppliers to secure hotel accommodation and catering services through to issuing certificates of attendance and invoice requests to our Finance team.

A bit about you…

You’ll have an excellent telephone manner, written and oral communication skills.  Along with your keen eye for detail and your ability to multi-task in a busy administration role, you’ll need to demonstrate your strong word processing, data entry, spreadsheet and email skills, using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook and Word.
