A bit about the job…
In this role you’ll be responsible for launching qualifications to market once they’ve been regulated and handed over from our Development team. This involves entering, proofreading and working closely with relevant teams to test the qualification through our systems to ensure it is accurate and compliant. You’ll proofread and sign off qualification documents for spelling, grammar and formatting and will cross check content against templates and external systems (such as the Ofqual Portal) to ensure accuracy.
You’ll also be responsible for developing communication to customers and staff, liaising with external proofreaders to contract and negotiate timescales and fees for work, and the maintenance of qualification information on the database and website.
A bit about you…
We’re looking for someone to support the Implementation Leader to drive forward the implementation and launch of NCFE’s portfolio of products and services. To be successful in this role you’ll have extensive experience of proofreading and carrying out quality checks, accurate data entry skills, ability to communicate information to a range of audiences and experience of working in a busy team with strong organisational and project management skills.
You’ll also be passionate about providing support to colleagues and customers on the launch and delivery of our products and services. We’re looking for someone with a high attention for detail, the ability to manage a busy workload and with excellent communication skills.
