Job description

 

NCFE, one of the UK’s fastest growing, most innovative qualification awarding organisations, is looking for a Transformation Manager.

 

A bit about the job…

A critical role working with the leadership team who will create the six-sigma strategy and improvement delivery plan to achieve strategic goals.

A bit about you…

  • Significant experience delivering improvement programmes and initiatives
  • Knowledgeable and experienced in lean six sigma to Black Belt standard
  • Proven experience and in-depth understanding of process improvement techniques and methodology
  • Strong change management skills
  • Proven analysis experience within a successful change improvement programme which has resulted in positive improvements
  • Experience of defining, measuring, analysing, implementing and controlling documenting and validating business requirements
  • Experience of analysing data, to makes solid business decisions and recommendations
  • Presenting complex information in simple and methodical way
  • Excellent communication skills and an ability to influence and develop effective working relationships at an executive level
  • Proven project and quality management skills
  • Proven coaching and training experience of in house teams
  • Proficient in the use of modelling tools and Microsoft applications
